DESCRIPTION
The XFL-1225 is a true industrial grade CNC router that delivers exceptional cuts, consistent accuracy, and lasting performance. The XFL-1225 comes standard with a 4.2 HP HSD high frequency Automatic Tool Changing Spindle, a 5-Tool Rotary Carousel and YASKAWA servo system.
The advanced servo system provides accurate/correct positioning using feedback from encoders integrated into the motors to the controller and runs much more smoothly and with less resistance than a standard stepper motor setup. Since a closed-loop system provides feedback and control as well as short transient and free oscillation times, the servo system will not lose or gain steps.
The gantry mounted rotary tool carousel speeds up tool changes, increases cycle times and boosts production times.
The XFL-1225 is constructed with a welded steel frame and industrial quality precision bearings with hardened steel rails on each axis, giving it a smooth and rigid travel at top speeds.
The XFL-1225 open design gives the operator unrestricted access from multiple sides of the router.
The XFL-1225 is shipped completely built and tested from our facility in China and like all other Fala machines, the XFL-1225 comes pre-assembled, tested, and ready to run.

ACCESSORIES
Vacuum Blower
Vacuum hold-down is one of the most effective methods to hold down parts for CNC cutting or machining. Universal vacuums are the standard vacuum hold-down blowers that are sold with Fala machines. When you purchase a universal vacuum, you will receive the vacuum blower plus the machine will come with all the necessary plumbing set up for a multi-zone system for your tool. In addition, the machine comes with a grided table top to provide for universal vacuum.
Dust Collection
Dust collectors are an important addition to workshops. Dust collection systems make shops cleaner, safer, and extend the life of a machine. Fala offers two-stage dust collection units. Two stage units work by drawing dust and debris into the system, but deposit the majority of the debris in the first stage collection container before entering the impeller. Two stage systems are more efficient and prevent decrease the chance of a fire or dust explosion from objects that can cause sparks.
Phase Converter
Phase Converters are a cost-effective and efficient means to start and run 3-phase vacuum blower motors on single phase power at 100% of their rated horsepower. Vacuum blower motors that operate on three phase electric power last much longer and operate much more efficiently than motors that operate on single phase power. Fala offers two types of phase converters. A Rotary phase converter and an Industrial T-3 Transformer phase converter.
Soft Start
A soft start is used with a 3-phase vacuum blower to temporarily reduce the load and torque in the power train and electrical current surge of the motor during startup. This reduces the mechanical stress on the motor and shaft, extending the lifespan of the blower.Fala offers Soft Starts' with motor overload protection in accordance with the National Electric Code.
