The heavy frame gives the XFL-2217 the rigidity that other machines may lack. Fala also enlists Hiwin linear bearings & rails on all axes of the XFL-4500.Yaskawa Servo System gives the XFL-2217 a smooth and responsive movement. The XFL-2217 Series boasts an industrial controller powered by Syntech. This platform gives the XFL-2217 a stable working environment.
The XFL-2217 comes loaded with standard features other companies view as add-ons like Five-axis,Automatic Tool Change (ATC).Vacuum hold-down,ect.Although the XFL-2217 does come from the factory as a complete package, Fala offers many upgrades.

ACCESSORIES
Vacuum Blower
Vacuum hold-down is one of the most effective methods to hold down parts for CNC cutting or machining. Universal vacuums are the standard vacuum hold-down blowers that are sold with Fala machines. When you purchase a universal vacuum, you will receive the vacuum blower plus the machine will come with all the necessary plumbing set up for a multi-zone system for your tool. In addition, the machine comes with a grided table top to provide for universal vacuum.
Dust Collection
Dust collectors are an important addition to workshops. Dust collection systems make shops cleaner, safer, and extend the life of a machine. Fala offers two-stage dust collection units. Two stage units work by drawing dust and debris into the system, but deposit the majority of the debris in the first stage collection container before entering the impeller. Two stage systems are more efficient and prevent decrease the chance of a fire or dust explosion from objects that can cause sparks.
Phase Converter
Phase Converters are a cost-effective and efficient means to start and run 3-phase vacuum blower motors on single phase power at 100% of their rated horsepower. Vacuum blower motors that operate on three phase electric power last much longer and operate much more efficiently than motors that operate on single phase power. Fala offers two types of phase converters. A Rotary phase converter and an Industrial T-3 Transformer phase converter.
Soft Start
A soft start is used with a 3-phase vacuum blower to temporarily reduce the load and torque in the power train and electrical current surge of the motor during startup. This reduces the mechanical stress on the motor and shaft, extending the lifespan of the blower.Fala offers Soft Starts' with motor overload protection in accordance with the National Electric Code.
